Bon Jovi.
Kenny Chesney.
Jimmy Buffett.
We see them onstage in front of thousands of fans, creating experiences for onlookers through voice, rhythm and chords.
What we don’t see is the tens-of thousands of hours when they were alone in their bedroom learning to play guitar.
We don’t see the slum clubs when they were performing in front of 12 people to which 8 were friends and family members.
We don’t see the contracts that were never granted because they ‘just weren’t good enough’….yet.
…AND NOW….
They are the rockstars.
They are musical icons.
They are personal brands.
Most people have something that they can see themselves doing.
Whether it’s owing their own company, climbing a mountain, completing a marathon….whatever ‘it’ is to you.
We all want that end goal.
But are you willing to do the work necessary to be called ‘a master’.
Are you willing to put in the time and effort to DO what you say you want?
Can you fail…..and continue putting one foot in front of another?
Everyone wants the prize…..
not everyone is willing to do the work.
DO THE WORK.
YOU DEFINE YOU.
