We are often surrounded by vines….some are great and produce beautiful flowers while others produce nothing but thorns. Thorns represent people that hold us back. These people refuse to grow and are incapable of understanding what you are trying to produce. In professional team settings these people are often referred to as parasites as they kill the potential of the group.
